Weekly Watch Focus: Revival for First Nations People
Friday, July 7, 2017—"The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death Light has dawned” (Matthew 4:16).
The Lord would have us honor the original host people of this nation. In total there are 565 federally recognized tribes, many of whom are battling the yokes of poverty, alcoholism, and depression. In fact, the suicide rate among the youth has reached epidemic proportions. We believe one of the keys for our national awakening is revival among the First Nations People. Many among them have not been reached by the power of the gospel. Our ministry continues to partner with First Nations ministries to bring the gospel and practical help to some of the poorest of the poor. We thank all our partners who give as we help the poor, widows, and orphans.
Pray for a mighty move of God with signs, wonders, and miracles among all the Native American tribes including the Navajo, Cherokee, Sioux, Chippewa, Choctaw, Apache, Pueblo, Iroquois, Cree, Lakota, and Blackfoot. Let us repent for the sins committed in past history by the federal government against many of the tribes. May the mighty wind of the Great Spirit of Christ blow away the clouds of depression and may every ancient yoke be broken. Release revival over the First Nations and bless them so they in turn take their place to bless this nation.
Part 2: Pray for President Trump and Congressman Scalise
Pray for the safety of President Trump, his family, and team as they are in Europe this week for meetings in Poland and Germany for the G20 Summit. Pray for angelic protection and specifically welcome the Holy Spirit to anoint the president and his team as they meet with world leaders this week.
Please continue to pray for Congressman Steve Scalise who was one of the primary victims of the attack on the GOP congressional baseball practice last month. He has been readmitted to the intensive care. Pray for him to heal from the infection and for him to continue his recovery.

Revelation 5:9, “And they sang a new song, saying: ‘You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals; for You were slain, and have redeemed us to God by Your blood out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation.”
Ezekiel 37:4, 10, “Again He said to me, 'Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!"’ ...So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.”
Luke 4:18, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”
1 Timothy 2:1-4, “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
Matt 28:19-20; Psalm 91:10-11

PURIM: On display in our courts compromising citizens’ rights to the global scene where Israel is on trial for waging a just war for their survival, justice is under judgment. The story of Purim in the Bible is a universal lesson in the triumph of justice |

For days now our intercession is interwoven in a sound of SINGING! When King David returned the ark to its place, they sang as they brought it home on their shoulders! |

Our watch focus this week begins with God’s promises from scripture that His will shall be done on earth. |
