Weekly Watch Focus: God Bless Israel, Jerusalem, and the Church

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2018—The Lord instructs us to “give Him no rest till He establishes Jerusalem as a praise in the earth” (Isaiah 62:7). He prospers the people and nation that love her (Psalm 122:6). Our spiritual heritage and prophetic destiny are joined to Jerusalem. We continue to give thanks for the United States’ official recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. President Trump emphasized our nation’s stand with Israel during his State of the Union address this week, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu again thanked America for unequivocally standing with Israel last week. As we pray for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem, let us also pray for an outpouring of glory in signs, and wonders, and miracles for God’s other covenant people, His Church. We believe God is releasing open heavens for evangelism, demonstrating the power of the Gospel and delivering His people from darkness with signs and wonders. We pray for personal and family victory and a breaking of every generational curse on our family line. Lord, pour out Your Holy Spirit and renew the face of the earth in the greatest awakening this nation has ever seen.

 Part II: Hedge of Protection from Flu Epidemic

Pray against the flu epidemic that is spreading across the nation. According to Exodus 12, as the blood of the Passover Lamb shielded the Israelites from destruction in Egypt, let the blood of Jesus Christ shield us from all forms of flu and infection. Let us aggressively apply the Blood of the Lamb over all our households, that no plague can touch any member of our family. Release the healing power of Christ for all those that have been affected by this flu virus. Pray covering for all the medical personnel that are assisting in caring for these patients.
 
 

Genesis 12:3, " I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed."

Isaiah 62:6, “I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”

Psalm 122:6, “ Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.”

Genesis 28:16, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!”

Jeremiah 32:21, “You have brought Your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and wonders, with a strong hand and an outstretched arm…”

Exodus 12:3;22-23, “Every man shall take for himself a lamb, according to the house of his father, a lamb for a household.  And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin. And none of you shall go out of the door of his house until morning. For the LORD will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you.”
 
Psalm 91:1-3, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.’ Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.”

Exodus 15:26, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”
