Weekly Watch Focus: Jesus is King over 2020

Friday, December 27, 20219—With praise on our lips and thanksgiving in our hearts, we declare in faith the glory, blessing, and lordship of Jesus Christ over the New Year from the beginning to the end of 2020. We go into the New Year rejoicing in the blessing and prosperity we have enjoyed in 2019 and full of faith for the awesome breakthroughs God has for 2020.

Thank the Lord for His loving care over us in 2019. Thank the Lord for the many miracles of this past season. Declare the lordship of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is blessing us, our families, churches, cities, and nation. Through the finished work of Jesus Christ on Calvary we have provision, protection, victory, and good health for this coming year. Declare in faith that each day will be filled with His grace, favor, and presence for us and our children. Plead the blood of Jesus Christ over every believing family and over His Church. Strike the arrow of the Lord’s victory, declaring the goodness of the Lord and His triumph over every power of darkness coming against our nation, our families, and His Church. May the God of Angel Armies lift up His banner of victory over us in 2020.

During this season we also take special care to pray protection and wisdom over President Trump and Vice-President Mike Pence and their families. Pray for special protection during the New Year Celebrations from any planned terror attack over the U.S. and around the world.
